Accreditation certificates are published here once issued. We do not display an accreditation badge before that. See accreditations.

Every consultant listed on this site holds a current registration with a State Medical Council or the National Medical Commission. Registration numbers are displayed on each doctor's profile, as required by the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines for practitioners consulting remotely.

Standard rates for consultations, rooms and common procedures are published on our tariff page and displayed at each hospital's reception, as required by the Clinical Establishments (Central Government) Rules.

• Pre-conception and Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques Act. Determination of the sex of a foetus is prohibited by law. It is not conducted at any of our units, and is not available on request.
• Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act. Any organ transplantation is carried out only with the approval of the authorisation committee constituted under the Act. Commercial dealing in organs is a criminal offence.
• Biomedical waste. Waste is segregated and disposed of through an authorised common treatment facility under the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules.
• Fire and building safety. Each hospital holds a current fire safety certificate and occupancy certificate issued by the competent authority.
• Prevention of sexual harassment. Internal Committees are constituted at each unit under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act 2013.
