Our story

A neighbourhood hospital that behaves like one

GoodWell Multi Speciality Hospital & Diagnostic Centre sits on Dr. Bendre Layout in Kothanur, opposite Decathlon. It is a hospital and a diagnostic centre in one building, which is deliberate: a patient who needs a scan, a blood test and a consultant should not spend a day travelling between three places to get them.

Consultants across twenty clinical departments hold outpatient clinics here, from general medicine and paediatrics through to neurosurgery and vascular surgery. The emergency department, the casualty, the pharmacy and the laboratory never close.

What we are trying to be is not the largest hospital in Bengaluru. It is the one where you are told what is happening in language you understand, by someone who has read your file — and where the price you were quoted is the price on the bill.

    Consultation fees sit on each doctor’s profile. Health check packages list every test they contain. The tariff is on the website, not just on a board at reception.

  • Care before payment

    Emergency stabilising treatment is never withheld pending a deposit, an insurance approval or a police clearance.

  • Open at every hour

    Emergency, casualty, pharmacy, laboratory and ambulance run 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

  • We travel to you

    Home consultation, free home sample collection and doorstep medicine delivery, for patients who cannot easily reach us.

  • No claims we cannot stand behind

    We publish no success rates and no cure rates. Those numbers mean nothing without the case mix behind them, and a website is not where that comparison can honestly be made.

  • You can complain without consequence

    Every grievance is logged, assigned to a named person and answered in writing. Raising one never affects your care.
