2. Strictly necessary cookies
These keep the site working — your session, your security, and the record of your cookie choice itself. They cannot be turned off, because without them the site cannot function and we would have to ask you about cookies on every page.
3. Analytics
Analytics tells us which pages people abandon and where a booking flow loses someone. It is never joined to your clinical record, and it is never used to identify you as a patient. It only runs if you allow it.
4. Marketing
Marketing technologies let us see whether a campaign led to an enquiry. We do not use your health information to target advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles from anything you do in the patient portal.
5. Changing your mind
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. It takes effect immediately, and withdrawing is exactly as easy as giving consent was.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the patient portal from working.
