Frequently asked questions

Practical answers about appointments, visiting, reports and billing. For anything clinical, please speak to a doctor.

Appointments

How do I book an appointment?
Use the Book appointment page — choose a hospital, a doctor and a time from the live slot list. You can also call the hospital reception, or walk in and book at the counter.
Do I have to pay online to confirm?
No. Consultation fees are collected at the hospital. We never ask for card, UPI or net banking details on this website. If a page asks you for them, it is not ours.
Can I book for a family member?
Yes. Enter their name and details on the booking form. If you have a patient account you can add family members to it so their appointments and reports stay together.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Sign in to your account and cancel from the appointment, or call the hospital. Please tell us as early as you can — the slot goes back to someone else who needs it.
What if the doctor is running late?
It happens, usually because an emergency or a difficult case has run over. Reception will tell you the expected delay when you check in. If it is significant we will offer you another slot.

Your visit

What should I bring?
A photo ID, any medicines you take (or photos of the strips), previous prescriptions and reports, and your insurance card if you have one. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Can someone come with me?
Yes. One attendant may accompany you into the consultation. Some areas — intensive care, operating theatres and certain diagnostics — have stricter limits for infection control.
Is there parking?
Each hospital page lists its parking arrangements. Emergency drop-off is always separate from the main car park.

Reports, records and billing

How do I get my test reports?
Reports appear in your patient account when they are ready, and you can download them there. Printed copies are available from the laboratory reception.
How do I get a copy of my medical records?
Request them from the medical records department, or raise a request under Your data rights. We provide records to the patient, or to someone the patient has authorised in writing.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we are empanelled with a number of insurers and TPAs for cashless treatment. The list is on each hospital page. Approval always depends on your policy and the insurer’s decision.
Where can I see your charges?
Consultation fees are on each doctor’s profile, health check prices are on each package, and the tariff page lists standard charges for rooms and common procedures.

Privacy and complaints

What do you do with my data?
We use it to provide care and to contact you about it. We ask separately before using anything for marketing, and you can withdraw that at any time. The privacy policy explains what we hold and for how long.
How do I make a complaint?
Speak to the duty manager at the hospital, or use the grievance redressal page. Every complaint is logged and answered within the timeframe published there.
